The works include the fit-out of the Level 1 and Level 2 tenancies at Albany Street, incorporating internal modifications to suit the proposed layouts. The project involves alterations and additions to existing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical services to support the upgraded tenancy configuration.

Works include the construction of new internal walls, doors, and windows, along with modifications to the existing ceiling grid system to align with the new layouts. The scope also includes installation of grid ceiling tiles supplied by the owner, nominated joinery units, fixtures, fittings, and floor and wall finishes throughout.

The project further involves coordination of security and access services to ensure seamless integration with the completed fit-out.
