Level Projects is a locally owned, commercial construction company on the Coffs Coast of NSW. Our focus is on taking the complexity out of commercial building and ensuring our work ethic, experience and reputation results in the best possible outcome for everyone involved. From design and construct, to project management and execution, our team is across the entire build to ensure each project is built to the highest standard.

Joel is an honest, experienced and reliable builder with a trained eye for detail. He prides himself on delivering projects within budget and on time.
Joel is a carpenter by trade who has managed commercial projects throughout the state for a variety of builders since 2010.
Joel founded Level Projects in 2018 and has successfully completed a range of commercial projects since including caryards, hospitals, sports clubs, wellness centres and housing developments.

Mike is a passionate, energetic and optimistic operator. He thrives off people and challenges.
Since completing a bachelor of construction management in 2010, Mike has worked with a number of commercial building companies throughout northern NSW.
As a construction project manager, he has efficiently managed a variety of significant builds, including stadiums, multi-storey shopping centres, aged care facilities, housing developments and hospital renovations among many others.
Mike joined Joel in 2022 as a director for Level Projects.

Ted is a detail-oriented construction professional with a strong work ethic and a solutions-driven approach. He ensures every project meets high standards for quality, safety, and compliance, while maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Ted has successfully managed a range of projects, including two NDIS group homes in Coffs Harbour, high-end residential builds and extensions, remedial works for a Sydney complex, and renovations at Dee Why Grand Shopping Centre.

Glen is a highly experienced Project Manager with over two decades in the construction industry, with a strong focus on modular building. He has successfully delivered complex, high-value projects across government, residential, and commercial sectors throughout NSW.
In his most recent role, he managed a range of housing developments for the NSW Government, along with private residential projects in the Coffs Harbour region. Glen is recognized for his practical, hands-on approach, strong stakeholder engagement, and a consistent commitment to meeting budget, timeline, and WHS requirements.

Brodi entered the industry through a NSW TAFE Project Management Traineeship straight after high school. During this experience, Brodi honed her skills, gained practical knowledge, and built an impressive foundation in managing a range of complex projects.
In 2023, Brodi joined Level Projects, bringing her dynamic energy and unparalleled organisational skills to our team. Since then, she has proven to be a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Level Projects is a proud local and regional company. As such, we actively engage with and support community groups wherever possible.
Currently, Level Projects provides sponsorship to the Sawtell Scorpions Football Club, Sawtell Tennis Club, and the Sawtell Swimming Club, supporting the development of local junior athletes competing in regional competitions.
Level Projects has also provided valuable consultation to a range of local community projects iincluding sporting clubs, parks, and schools to assist with early-stage research and potential development opportunities.
