The refurbishment involves reconfiguring internal spaces to create individual, self-contained units suitable for temporary accommodation use.

The scope includes new internal layouts, linings, finishes, fixtures, and fittings throughout, along with associated building works required to support the upgraded functionality of the space. The completed works deliver compliant, functional, and comfortable self-contained units within the existing building footprint.
